            The Committee on Health and Human Resources moves to amend the bill on page five, section three, line fourteen, after the words “shall submit” by striking out the words “to fingerprinting for a state and federal criminal history record information check.” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “fingerprints to the West Virginia State Police or its assigned agent for forwarding to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.”
